Carla Guagliardi
Weightless
The plastically work of Brazilian artist Carla Guagliardi circles around subtle processes
within closed alchemistic systems. Natural as well as refined rubber, metal, or glass
appears filled with air and/or water, so that each work unfolds a sensitive equilibrium
as light as breath.
